in the production and sales of metal building fasteners. Staffed by professionals with
solid backgrounds in engineering, manufacturing, supply and distribution, we are uniquely

Ideal has facilities located throughout North America. In Canada, we
have three facilities - two in Quebec, and one in Ontario. With a total of 180,000 square
feet dedicated to production and distribution of fasteners, we provide just-in-time
service to our customers worldwide. In-house processes include wiredrawing, heading,
threading, heat treating, plating assembly, painting and stamping. A modern, technically
sophisticated quality control department assures our customers consistent high quality
products.
All of Ideal's facilities are connected to our state of the art
mainframe computer system. This enables us to instantly check customer orders and stock in
each facility. Our MRP system's design parameters forecasts production |
needs and anticipates our customers requirements insuring a
smooth flow of inventory.
Ideal manufactures a complete line of building fasteners in
lengths up to 6" long. The selection includes a large variety of screws for
sheet-to-sheet and sheet-to- structure applications. Screws are available in either self-
tapping or self-drilling points. We offer a range of diameters for all requirements in
carbon plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel materials. Ideal can manufacture specials
not listed in our catalogue to a customers specific design.
